Massage/ Healing

Welcome to an oasis of peace – discover the healing power of massage at Solaré.

Taking time for yourself is not a luxury, it’s essential. The more balanced you are, the more you can offer to others.

In Egypt and India, special oils and herbs have been used for centuries during massage for their deep healing properties. At Solaré, I also use pure, natural products — carefully selected and blended intuitively for each session. Every oil combination is unique, created in the moment to support your personal energy, offering deep relaxation and energetic healing.

Massage is a beautiful way to let go and return fully to the here and now.
Our body is our temple — care for it with kindness and respect.

If needed, I integrate basic Shiatsu techniques into the session. And sometimes, you may even receive a special message during the massage — one that brings clarity, insight, or emotional balance.

 Practical notes:

  • Please take a shower before your appointment.

  • Massages are for women only.

  • After the massage, it’s best to rest, drink plenty of water, and avoid showering immediately, allowing the oils to continue their healing effect.

  • 1 hour: €60

  • 1.5 hours: €75

  • Option to combine the session with personal guidance, if desired.
