Ingredients:
- This dish is for 3 a 4 person as a lunch or main course
- 4 Sweet pointed peppers from different color Bio
- 2 middle size onion and 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 pack of Paneer
- a bit tomato paste (passata)
- fresh Coriander
- 1 tin of coconut creme 160 ml( also being used in the Tai Kitchen
- Black pepper Celtic sea salt cumin seeds tumeric,coriander
- fue spoons of Coconut oil
- 1 big mug of Basmati rize
- 1 deep pan with lid
- 1 pot for the rize
Preparation:
Wash and undo the peppers from there seeds and cut in slizes
peal your onion and Garlic and put it in slizes
Take a deep pan and put some coconut oil in it and put your garlic and onion in
until it get a nice color put now your peppers and spices inside stuer and put your tomato inside
put on a sim fire with a lid on.
Celtic sea salt you have to use not to much because it salted more then other salt
Put at the end your coconut creme and fresh Coriander when it is ready
total time 30 min
In the mean time cut and bake the Paneer and put it in the dish
Boil your rize in little salted water not to soft you must be able to count them
Place it all on a nice plate and serve warm and put some fresh coriander on the rize too
