Ingridients:

For 2 persons

  • 1 packet of Bio cottage cheese (Paneer)
  • Ghee butter or karned butter
  • 2 piece of garlic
  • 1 piece of garlic or (Asafoutida replacement for garlic)
  • Indian massala mix from Natural temptation(Holland&Barrett)
  • A handfull of Peas
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 piece of Ginger 5 cm
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • Black pepper ,curcuma,seasalt
  • A bit veggy boullion
  • Fresh Koriander cut
  • 2 spoon of Coconut pouder
  • For decoration Some Eastindian Cherry leaves and flowers

Preparation:

Take a pan and put your butter inside with the fresh garlic cut the paneer in small pieces and bake it with a little crust and put some salt and black pepper on it Take a pot and put some veggy boullion in it and your garlic and ginger and the peas and cut the fresh tomato in small pieces and put your Indian massala mix in it. Put it on a small fire for a while put a little tomato passata in too and your 2 spoon of Coconut powder. And put your baked paneer inside

And finish with fresh Koriander leave gives an extra taste on it! Make the Ladyfingers cut them in to thick slizes Fry the onion with a little garlic and put the lady f inside Put on a small fire dont stuer to much to damage the vegetable it is quickly ready Boil 1 full cup of Basmati rice not to soft so it dont stick Take a form put the rise inside it looks more decorative As decoration use EastIndian cherry leaves and flowers to have a spicy tuch and a nice cold salad.
