Extra info:

Spinach is rich in many nutrients, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, iron, folate, and potassium.

Spinach is chock full of fiber. Eating too much fiber can cause gas, cramping, and abdominal pain. Spinach is rich in oxalate, a naturally occurring substance found in almost all plants.

Compared to other cheeses, it's low in calories and fat. It also contains a high amount of B vitamins, phosphorus and calcium, which can benefit bone health. Additionally, feta contains beneficial bacteria and fatty acids. However, this type of cheese is relatively high in sodium.

Packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Beetroots and beetroot juice have been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance

Celeriac is a nutritional powerhouse, packed with fiber and vitamins B6, C and K. It's also a good source of antioxidants and important minerals, such as phosphorus, potassium and manganese. ... Still, alternative cooking methods — such as steaming — may prevent some vitamin loss.
