For the soup:

  • 2 a 3 ripe Avocado's
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick leek
  • 2 piece of garlic or Assafoutida as replacement
  • 2 tomato peeled and without pitts
  • 1 spring onion
  • Vegetable boullion

Snack nr 1

  • 2 fresh fennels
  • 1 red onion
  • olive oil
  • spicy herbal salt
  • fresh grinded Italian Gran Padano

Snack 2

  • 1 pack pre- cut dough laples
  • Chessnut mushrooms
  • red sweet paprika
  • veggy minced quorn 
  • garlic
  • Indian herbal mix

Snack 3

  • 1 pack pre-cut dough laples
  • Greek fetta cheese
  • Black or green olives without pit
  • fresh tomato
  • spring onion
  • Small cake tins



Stew the leek,onion, and garlic with some churned butter

put your avocado's and put some vegetable stock in your cook pan

Put black pepper and seasalt in it and let it boil softly about 30 min

Mix the soup and you will see it is very creamy then put some fresh peeld tomato pieces

and fresh thin slizes of spring onion.

Snack 1

Wash and cut your 2 fennels and put it in slizes see photo

Put them in the pot with hot water with salt and pepper to blanch for 5 min

put the water off and put the slizes on an oven plate with baking paper.

Put some olive oil over the slizes and cut a red onion and put on each fennel slize

put some spicy herbal salt on it

And rasp fresh Italian Gran Padano over it

And put in the oven under de grill for about 10 min 200 degrees

Snack 2

Take your pre-cut dough laples

And take a shell double form cake tin and place the laples

Cut your mushroo in small pieces

some red sweet paprika very tin slizes

Put your veggy minced quorn 

Some fresh tomato and spring onion

Indian spices

And fresh Swiss grinded Emmental cheese

Put it on baking paper with some omive oil

And put in the oven for 10 a 15 min on 175 degrees

Snack 3

Put the pre-cut Dough laples in the tin cake form put first some oil 

Make them in the form of a boat or use your creativity

fill them with Greek Fetta pieces

put your green olives in two half

Put black pepper on it a little bit fresh tomato and roasted pine tree nuts

Put in the oven 175 degrees for 10 a 15 min

Dress the 3 snacks nicely on a plate and serve with the avocado soup
