Ingredients: for 3 or four person healthy and tasty

2 Carrots

1 Zucchini

1 good piece of garlic 

2 red onion

Feta cheece 100 gr

Fresh Coriander and fresh Parsley

olive oil

Black pepper sea salt cumin seeds

Soft Madras curry powder

4 a 6  soup spoons of chickpea flour

2 beaten eggs or 4 spoons of Chia seed

small non stick baking pans

for the garnish 2 long tomato some cucumber 1 spring onion

Apple cider vinigar with curcuma and olive oil salt and pepper

Preparation:

take one big bowl

Clean and cut the onion,garlic,zucchini and carrots in small piece and put in bowl

Put Cumin seeds black pepper and sea salt in the bowl and put also

your chickpea flour inside and mix good

put know your Chia seeds inside( or 2 beaten eggs) to keep together

Put now your fresh cut Koriander and Parsley and Feta and mix all

Now take your non stick baking forms and put with a brush some olive oil(for warm use)

put your mix in it

And put for 20 a 25 minute in a for heated oven on 200 degrees

make now your nice garni and dress it nicely on a plate
