take one big bowl

Clean and cut the onion,garlic,zucchini and carrots in small piece and put in bowl

Put Cumin seeds black pepper and sea salt in the bowl and put also your chickpea flour inside and mix good put know your Chia seeds inside( or 2 beaten eggs) to keep together

Put now your fresh cut Koriander and Parsley and Feta and mix all

Now take your non stick baking forms and put with a brush some olive oil(for warm use) put your mix in it

And put for 20 a 25 minute in a for heated oven on 200 degrees make now your nice garni and dress it nicely on a plate
